Customer Reviews
Great plants!
First time buying from them. Needed some new plants for my office. The website was easy to use. Found what I wanted quickly. Delivery was fast too. Everything arrived safe and sound. Plants look really healthy. Very happy with this purchase. Will definitely shop here again.
Almost perfect plant haul!
Okay, so I finally decided to dive into the plant world and checked out Seedsnpots! I've been eyeing their website for a while, and honestly, the selection is just AMAZING. I picked up a super cute Pothos and a really stylish ceramic planter to go with it. Everything arrived pretty fast, like, within 4 days which was awesome! The packaging was surprisingly good too, my Pothos was snug as a bug, not a single leaf out of place. The planter is even prettier in person, a really nice shade of green. My only tiny thing is that the planter had one super small chip on the bottom edge – barely noticeable, but it's there. Still, I'm genuinely delighted with my purchase! I'm already planning my next order, probably a succulent or two. Definitely telling all my friends about this place!
Good seeds, quick delivery
I ordered some Marigold Seeds last week from Seedsnpots. The website was easy to navigate and I found what I needed quickly. The seeds arrived in 4 days, which was pretty fast for my location in Pune. They were well-packaged, and the germination rate has been good so far. I'm happy with the purchase and would buy from them again for sure.
Always reliable for plants
I've ordered from Seedsnpots a few times now, and honestly, they're pretty consistent. My last order was for a couple of smaller succulents and a hanging planter, and everything arrived well-packed, just like before. I remember one time, the delivery was a day later than expected, but the plants were still in perfect condition, so it wasn't a huge deal. That's why I keep coming back – I know what to expect. The quality of the plants is always good, and the planters are decent for the price. Not super fancy, but they get the job done and look nice enough. It's just a solid, no-fuss place to get your greenery.
Decent bulbs, packaging okay
I ordered some Dahlia Bulbs from Seedsnpots about a month ago. The selection was good, and the prices seemed reasonable. The bulbs arrived in about a week. They were wrapped decently, but one of the bulbs looked a bit squashed. It still grew though, so no major complaints. Customer service responded quickly when I asked about planting instructions. Overall, a fine experience, but they could improve the packaging a little for delicate items.
Always reliable for my plant fix
I've been coming back to Seedsnpots for a while now, probably my fifth or sixth order if I'm honest. What keeps me returning is just how consistently good their stuff is. My first couple of orders, I was a bit nervous about buying plants online, but they always arrive in great shape. This time, I grabbed a couple of those smaller succulent planters and a trailing plant I'd been eyeing. Everything was packed well, as usual, no soil spills or damaged leaves. The only minor thing was that the delivery took a day longer than the estimated window, but it wasn't a huge deal since the plants were fine. It’s definitely my go-to for anything green.
Got my Adenium, good plant quality
I bought an Adenium plant from Seedsnpots last month. The ordering process was smooth, I used Google Pay at checkout. It took 7 days to reach me in Bangalore, which was within their estimated delivery time. The plant was securely packed in a sturdy box, and the soil was still moist. It looked healthy upon arrival and has been doing well since I repotted it. I also got some Vermicompost with it; that was of good quality too. I just wish they had more options for ceramic pots; the current selection is a bit limited in terms of designs. Otherwise, a good experience and I'd recommend them for live plants.
Not the best experience, unfortunately
I finally decided to give Seedsnpots a try after seeing their ads. I was looking for a specific type of planter for my balcony, and their website seemed to have a good selection. Ordering was straightforward enough, no real issues there. My main problem was with the delivery and what arrived. The tracking updates were a bit sparse, and it took longer than the estimated 5-7 business days – closer to 10. When the package finally showed up, one of the ceramic planters I ordered had a noticeable chip on the rim. It wasn't completely shattered, but it was enough to make it look used or damaged. I contacted customer service about it, and they were polite, but the process for getting a replacement or refund felt a bit drawn out. They asked for photos, which is fair, but then there was a bit of back and forth. I eventually got a partial refund for the damaged item, which was something, but it just wasn't the smooth experience I was hoping for. The other plant I ordered was fine, but the whole thing left me pretty hesitant to order from them again for anything fragile.
What a mess
Honestly, I don't even know where to begin with Seedsnpots. Placed an order for a couple of planters and some plant food, thinking it would be easy. Boy, was I wrong. The delivery took ages, like way longer than they said on the website. And when it finally got here, one of the planters was cracked. Not just a little chip, but a full-on crack. Trying to get through to customer service was another nightmare. It's like they don't even want to talk to you. Ended up just keeping the broken one because returning it seemed like too much hassle. Definitely not ordering from here again.
Plants are okay, delivery was a bit slow
Finally decided to give Seedsnpots a try since I needed a new planter for my balcony. The website was pretty straightforward to navigate, found what I wanted without much fuss. Ordered a couple of small indoor plants too, just to fill up the space. The plants themselves arrived looking healthy enough, not amazing but definitely not dead, which is always a plus when ordering online, right? The planter was fine, exactly as pictured. My main gripe was the delivery. It took a good bit longer than I expected, like almost a week and a half. I mean, I wasn't in a super rush, but it felt a little slow for something that was supposedly in stock. Overall, it was an okay experience, nothing to write home about, but they did deliver what I ordered.
